20′ container of equipment received from UK

In November of 2014, a Paediatric Physiotherapist and former volunteer at CDGC, Judy Fullerton, returned to St Lucia on vacation. She very graciously over the last year collected gently used donated equipment, toys, books and other items from all over the UK. She also raised funds to purchase a 20 foot container, filled it with all these donated items and shipped it to St. Lucia. With the help of the Ministry of Education, duties and taxes were waived.  To date 20 children have been fitted with specialised chairs , standing frames, walkers and strollers.

The CDGC as well as the disabled children and their families are very grateful for this donation which will greatly improve the lives of the children and enable them to make further progress in their development.
