Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession that uses physical methods like exercise, massage, and other techniques to help people with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities improve movement, restore function, and relieve pain. It aims to restore physical function and fitness, make daily tasks easier, and help prevent further injury or illness.

Our paediatric physiotherapist works to help children meet their developmental and physical goals.

Appointments typically take 60 minutes. Generally, appointments consist of:

  • Motor development checks
  • Activities to promote next stages of motor

development

  • Activities are provided for guardians to do at home

*Guardian participation is crucial
